hehe i want that heart-shaped balloon
this was kinda meant for valentine's day even though i submit it a bit early...
this is my 5th tablet drawing but 2nd one i posted.. i tried a more dark style with painty shading...

i hope you like this stlyle... i may post more of this style but i don't know why this turned looking so dark and emo though i may turn this character into another one of my OCs though
